Led by dynamic entrepreneur, engineer & President Charles Yao and his strong team, total magnet-related sales are now over 100 million RMB ($15 million USD) annually and growing. Along with output from several suppliers in close cooperation, production comes from three DAILYMAG subsidiary factories, each with strict processes front to back - beginning with material sourcing, through to QC and shipping.

 

Five key members of that team are either engineers or have a highly technical background. Apollo Peng is a "hands-on" sales manager, especially with product design aspects which he closely follows in addition to his focus on magnetic tools. In fact, many of DAILYMAG's award-winning designs and more than 100 patents evolved from projects with his direct oversight and involvement. Like Apollo, Rachel Pan has worked in the magnetic field for many years, and handles sales of various magnetic materials and tools. Joes Zhu, meanwhile, handles all export sales of linear-actuators and engine-related products, and also remains actively involved in product design and development. Our growing R&D team, now twelve strong, is led by Wang Li. Mr. Wang and his staff have a steadily increasing resources to work with, including an annual budget over 2 million RMB ($310,000 USD), CAD/CAM, 3-D printing, precision machining, etc. QC/QA, moreover, is headed by Carly Zeng who has 10+ years of technical procurement and quality background.
